Health Pass Mandatory

From 08/09/2021 a health pass will be requested on your arrival and must be valid for the duration of your stay (for 12 to 17 year olds the pass will be compulsory from 09/30/2021).

The health pass is:

  • Either the result of a PCR or Antigen screening examination with a supporting document, not concluding that there is contamination by Covid-19 (note this examination is only valid for 72 hours) or auto-test under supervision of a health professional
  • Or a certificate of recovery following contamination by Covid-19 of more than 11 days and less than 6 months
  • Or a proof of complete vaccination schedule (1 week after the 2nd injection for Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca vaccines); 4 weeks after injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson)
 

Our staff has been alerted and trained to the new health and safety conditions and process

Social distancing constantly respected

 

Rooms are cleaned and disinfected following a specific process. Daily cleaning is on request only

 

Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer at your disposal

 

Easy and fast check in/out

 

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at the Restaurant

 

Meeting rooms are available, according to the government conditions

 

Wellness area is temporarily closed
